News and Announcements

This is the second year of annual Graeme Carswell award, started last year by The Carswell family to honor the passing of an amazing young man whose life was taken far to early. This years recipient has had an amazing year, being selected to the junior national squad for 2020. He has volunteered his time tirelessly both umpiring and coaching over the past 5 plus seasons and has proven to be an exemplary person in the community and on the field. We congratulate Brendan Guraliuk on receiving the Graeme Carswell “Follow your dreams” award. Thank you Brendan for your continuing time and effort as both a player and community leader.

The U18 Falcons Thunder bring home hardware once again! After losing in a shoot out to the Kelowna Lakers in a tough semi-final match, the Falcons Thunder were able to gut out a 2-1 victory over West Van to win bronze in the Club Championships Tier 2. The girls executed the brilliant tactics of coach David Littlewood to secure a medal. Special thanks to our guest players, Bridget and Olivia, for getting us through three games on Saturday.
